Google books has a mention (from Country Life in 1917) of "Reilly and Walker, Courtrai and Rotterdam" in connection with a flax machine.

The 1916 obit of Lt JE Walker in the Times mentions that his father was Mr FM Walker of Reilly and Walker, Courtrai.

I also found a Thomas Walker and baptism of two of his children in the 18th century. If you should be interested...

The general genealogical site I know for the Netherlands doesn't work at the moment.

And just a coincidence, Iwas born in Courtray and lived during childhood in the same street you mention for Jerome.
