Hi I've recently started to research my family history when I came across across your post. My family is also Horsham from Devon so I was wondering how you managed to get on with your family tree and if there is a link?

My grandad told me his grandfather (Arthur Horsham) had a brother named 'Harry'. On the 1891 cencus he is named as 'Henry' Horsham est DOB 1883.
Their father was James (known as John) Horsham and mother Caroline Susan Horsham nee Slocombe.

Hi,

June's husband here, as she doesn't really seem interested in her family!  As you will see from previous postings there wasa Harry Stewart HORSHAM who was a farm bailiff at Countess Weir shown in the 1911 census - do you think that is your man?

There was another farm bailiff called John HORSHAM - also see postings.  A(nother?) John HORSHAM from Devon is buried in the churchyard of the 'lost village' of Tyneham, Dorset.
