Birmingham Probate pre 1858
« on: Monday 24 October 11 01:26 BST (UK) »
Good morning,

Would it please be possible for someone the look at the index [if one exists] for Probate on a pre 1858 Birmingham Will / Admon ?  From what I've been told, the document would've come under Lichfield.

I'm looking for a Joseph Grove/s from Wolverhampton - who may've died in the Birmingham area 1810 - 1841.  He was married to a Jane ? . . . . . a spectacle & steel toy maker by trade.

The 2 (1847 & 1851) PCC Wills are not for this gentleman.

Thanking you,

Yvonne Bean

Good morning,

This question has been answered by a very kind archivist's assistant at Lichfield.
