A very warm welcome to Rootschat.
There is a Thomas (age 20) and Ann (age 25) Spicer on the 1841 Census with a Thomas Saddler - age 6.
On the 1851 Census this Thomas Sadler is described as "Son in Law" to Thomas Spicer, head of household. "Son in law" can mean "stepson", indicating Ann may have previously been married and that Thomas Saddler may be her son. A Thomas Sadler was baptised 23/3/1836, St Michael, Coventry, parents Charles and Ann Sadler (IGI extracted record)
If you have the marriage certificate, what is Ann's marital status (ie. spinster? widow?) - if given?
