Printing Ancestry Familt tree.
« on: Thursday 13 October 11 12:10 BST (UK) »
Hi there. Does any one know how to print out the family tree from ancestry, I have tried but had to abandon as it didnt print in correct order. Think if I had continued it would have cost me a fortune in ink, paper and possibly a worn out printer.

How about a screen grab programme? (a snapshot of what you see). I've used Screengrabber to good effect for another purpose. Look up some reviews.
                          Good luck,

Go into Help at the top of the Ancestry screen (next to My Account)

Search on

Printing a family tree on Ancestry.com

then click on the first hit

It might answer some of your questions   :)

Hello Alice

I know of an online company that can print large family trees onto paper or canvas.  It's not that expensive, you just send them a PDF file and go from there.  I won't advertise it here save any rules on advertising companies.  Do mail me if you want their address.

Hello Alice

You can change files for free on this website, I think there are few around, I don't know what file you have at the moment, so hopefully it is one on the list.

If it is a ged com file it won't work.

I'll inbox you with the other details so you have to hand.
