yes i still have map and i'll gladly share with you.  do you know liar number as map is quite large, i'll scan the relevant part for you. if not i'll send map in sections.

my great granda is in lair 1 section 3 i feel so close now its taken 4 months to find so im exited my grandma his daughter died recently and she wanted me to find the grave she became confused and could not show me

looking at map it looks like lair is in extension built in 1931, which is across road from main cemetery, the map i was given relates to section x, this shows lair layout.  what i do have is section layout and i can send that to you, it will give you bearings and i'm sure cemetery staff will point you in right direction.  if you click on green scroll under my profile that will allow you to send me a personnal message with your email address.

i got very excited when a generous rootschatter, jamieson, gave up his time and ventured out on a wet day to locate a grave for me and kindly sent me photos of headstone that i really did not expect to be there.
please let us know how your trip goes, hopefully next year i will be able to visit cemetery.

My grandfather was buried in Allenvale Cemetery in 1926.  A few years ago a kind Rootschatter took a photo of the site (no stone) for me.  The cemetery looks very well cared for Aberdeen council employees should be very proud.
