The Queen will have her mothers DNA so that doesn't help with royalty. Her sons Y DNA will be from Phillip, real name, Schleswig Holstein Sonderburg Glucksburg, so no joy there. Victoria had her M DNA from her mother, bit of a nutter! and Albert's Y DNA comes allegedly, from his mothers Jewish doctor.
Lovely Family,    Skoosh.

I was told by someone connected with UK security that crockery and utensils used by the royals when on royal visits are always seized once the royal person has finished with them, and is thorougly cleaned by security staff, to prevent DNA from being taken.

I expect if someone really wanted to steal DNA they could after Royals's night unless Prince H has someone washing his glasses.  Lookin2

The glasses/cups of the royals on tour are 'confiscated' by their security staff - the venues would be warned in advance, so they would not lose treasured items.  When there was a rumour circulating some time ago over the paternity of a member of the royal household, a daily newspaper tried to get a DNA sample, and were quickly thwarted.

I should point out that I can't prove any of what I've posted, but it did come from someone who worked in the security services, and to protect their identity I can't elaborate.
