LOOK UP - CRIMINAL REGISTER 1831
« on: Monday 10 October 11 06:23 BST (UK) »
Hello,

Was hoping someone might be able to help me find any more information on the following:

Mary Ann Connor
Trial - epiphany 1831
Lancashire

The sentence was imprisonment but I am not sure how long for.  I am also not sure of the crime.

Any help would be great

Kind regards

Mary ann connor was transported to Australia on the "Diana", she gave birth to a female child on 8.12.1832..called the baby Sarah.  on 24.10.1836 she married another convict Michael Casey, they had a further 4 children.....Maryann  was my GG grandmother. if this is the one you are searching for please let me know as I have more info available...Lee

Hello Lee,
Came across this old post re Mary Ann Connor m Michael Casey.  As a matter of fact I usually search for Mary Ann Howarth, but decided to do the Mary Ann Connor search and up popped your reply to Sally's post.  I have quite a bit of information on Mary, but am puzzled on her last name "Connor".  Definitely the same person, she came on the Diana and had a baby on board.  Would be interested to connect with you and share information.
Regards
Maggie
