An earlier link posted re Rathcooney cemetery did not work for my.  Here is another one -

Cemetery Records held in Council offices ( City hall).   The list contains mostly information on hard back records however they have listed Rathcooney as being online -  the records are very difficult to
read in places and unfortunately the books do not record the plot locations,
