The last census I have for her is under Parsons and I dont know what the A stands for. yes I did check the site but could not find anything only the one census for 1881

The A seems to stand for Annie.

The family are still in Easton-in-Gordano in 1901 but she is not. So most likely she married in that area in the 1790s, next most likely around Dundry or in Bristol. Several possibilities on FreeBMD.  But do you know  she married? Not just went to work elsewhere, died or emigrated?

No I am not certain she married, it was just a guess.
