Is there any chance you can rescan this at a higher resolution . A dpi 0f 300 or higher would be better as there is a lot of damage and we need to get as much detail as possible.

It definitely needs to be rescanned and uploaded without any compression. As I had a bit of free play time.. I made this from the given picture.
WARNING! This is only a sample unfinished work. I dont like it at all but just showing you what is pssible given your current scan.
