No, in terms of London, Woolwich and Shoreditch are miles apart.  Well not so much miles but divided by the river Thames.

I kind of got the impression that the Powis Street premises would probably be a shop rather than a manufacturing premises.  If you google "Powis Street" and look at images ........ you'll see some pics (old and new).
