Wright and Ballinger

Hi All,
Wondered if anyone could help me. I am looking for the parents of a Harry Wright Born June 1889 in Westbury upon Severn. He married a Helena Ballinger in Longhope Glos on 29/1/1915. I believe his parents are Leonard Wright (Born 6/3/1859 Longhope,Glos) and a Matilda Wright (Maiden name of Bisco ?? but no birth date or place im afraid) but i cannot find her birth or age and no trace of their marriage. Hope someone may be able to shed some light on this for me. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for this. Unfortunately i have no copy of the certificate as i was given this info by helena's daughter Ruby, unfortunately ruby passed away this year so i have no-one in her family left to ask. I think i will have to order it to get to the bottom of it, thanks for the info

They are living in Toxteth Park Liverpool in 1901 and Leonard is now a licenced victualler. Additional children as follows:

Albert Evan 6 b Longhope
Olive 9 mths b Liverpool

Mother Hester is not with them
