John McMULLAN and Catherine MCCAUGHAN

Looking for information on John McMullan and his wife Catherine McCaughan, time period c1830-1900's.

John and Catherine had at least two children, twin boys, Aeneas and Francis, born 1860 in Loughuile.

Francis married Margaret Jane McFall of Carnkirk, Billy, in Ballymoney 1889.

According to Francis's marriage licence, John was listed as Pensioner, so obviously sill alive in 1889

Marriage certificates don't always indicate whether or not father is deceased so best to keep an open mind about John being alive in 1889.

    Don't if this means anything but on 28 Jul 1858 Zachariah McMullan married Catherine McCaughan in Dunserverick Church of Ireland, Parish of Billy, Ballycastle.
