Marriage in New Zealand - Help Please

I am trying unsuccessfully to trace my GF movements between 1922 and 1926. He left Southampton on 31 Aug 1922 heading for Auckland, New Zealand, on the Ship Ruahine. He may have got married there to a lady whose names are Doreen Isabel. I have tried but not found anything. The next place I have found him is at the baptism of his son in Cape Town Feb 1926. The in between bit I am struggling. Can anyone help please!!

It's hard to know, without any name for your GF, 

but a Doreen Isabel Cook married Leslie Brightwell Foster in 1923. It's the only marriage of a Doreen Isabel I can see within the time frame you have supplied.

Sorry. Missed the most important info. His name was Ernest Cort Dunn, born Blackburn, Lancashire 1895. He served in the Royal Engineers. Eventually died Lusaka 1964
