Porter Family 1861 census

Iam looking for John Porter and family John was born in England in 1820.  In 1860's they lived in Ancaster near Hamilton with children Reuben,Jane,Freeman,Emily,Caroline,William and Maria. I cannot find him in 1851 1861 1871 or 1881 census

It appears Reuben's full name may have been John Reuben Porter. John's wife is listed as Mariah on this census.

Anna Maria Porter is listed as a widow and Reuben is not with the family.

I know Freeman's mother is listed as Elmira on his marriage registration but this does appear to be the correct family based on the children's names you provided.
