Obituaries 1950 - Richmond

Dear all,

I'm trying to find an obituary or even a burial record for Charles Edward Maynard (aka Paul Vandy) who died on 19th Oct 1950. At the time of his death he and his wife Lillian were living at Wentworth House, The Green, Richmond. He was an incredibly famous juggler and magician between 1895 to 1925 both nationally and internationally which is why I find it so hard to believe that there were no obituaries and no record of his burial.

Any help is very much appreciated.

Since you have his exact date of death have you contacted Richmond archives to see if a local newspaper mentioned his death?
