FREEHOLD PROPERTY IN UNION STREET
Mr. William Bush will offer for sale by Public Auction, at his Mart, in East Parade, Sheffield on Tuesday the 27th Instant, at four o’clock in the Afternoon, All those Eleven Freehold –Dwelling-Houses, with large yard, Outbuildings, and Conveniences thereto belonging, situate, and in fronting on Union Lane, in Sheffield aforesaid, and known as “Russell Square”. The property is brick-built, and in good repair, and the houses are in the several occupations of Ann Ward, Samuel Guest, Elizabeth Smith, William Shilcock, Thomas Slack, Thomas Castelo, Christiana Eckhardt, Thos. Carter, William Jenkinson, Thomas Wright, George Harrison; and produce an annual rental of £86 13shllings and 6d., or thereabouts.
