wondered if any one could look up bridget gavin in the 1891 census would give me an idea  if she was in uk then or still in ireland

Your grandmother, Bridget had a younger brother Patrick John (known as John) I'm his daughter, Sheila. I can confirm Ellen was married twice so Gavin was her husband's name. Children of Bridget & Charles Collins were Ellen, Charles, Mary, Thomas, Bridget and Patrick John. I think either Charles or Bridget was from Co Cork.
