On the 1901 census a sample reference for Coral Street is RG13/4586/38/7.
Some other streets on the enumerator's route in 1901 were Connaught St, Pearl St, Cross St, Short St, Diamond St, Lime St, Lower Graham St and Middlesbrough Road.

Coral Street lay between the following (which are still there) - Nelson Street and Middlesbrough Road just above Leven Street and Costa Street. It was (roughly) where the A66 now runs.
