Please help decipher a few words underlined in an easy will to read

As Babs has said, the  word 'item' very frequently starts a new sentence in a will, as googling the words 'item I give and bequeath' reveals.

and in addition : also —used to introduce each article in a list or enumeration

Hi everybody who contributed

I agree with the 'carried'.
It could be either 'Then I' or 'Here I' but I found another more clearer 'Then I' in the will and looks similar.

I have transcribed the will and in brackets put could be  (Could be 'Then I' or 'Here I') and leave it to the readers of the Transcripts to make up their minds. Its not that import and as what i thought it was 'Hunlgin' (The daft twit I am sometimes Honestly 'Hunlgin' DUH! )

The word 'carried' was the important one.
