Haire / O'Haire Family from Glenties
« on: Wednesday 07 September 11 01:29 BST (UK) »
Looking for information on a James Haire / O'Haire born about 1855 according to the 1901 census.  He married Anne Boyle in Glenties in 1881.  The marriage record transcription lists his name James Hearn? and his father as James Hern?

The name later changed to O'Haire in the next generation.

Would like to find out the parentage of James and where he might be from?

As a indexer i know that There are two entries because there were at least two people entering the same data and that is the reason.

Have you been on the donegal rescoures site http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~donegal
the grave came under killybegs, then Kilrean graveyard, if they died in 1970 then the family could still live at the same address.
