Hi, Im trying to find a Bryant family in the Somerset area. The person Im looking for is John Bryant born 1833.His Parents were William and Ann ( formerley Colville )He Emmigrated to NZ about 1864.Any info would be greatly appreciated

Baptised in Brean, 12 May 1833.

This William and Ann seem to have had children baptised at Brean every three years from 1817 on, with John as the last.  I can't find their marriage though. FreeREG doesn't cover Brean before 1813, so that's a possibility.  John and Ann can be found at Brean in the 1841 census, presumably William had died by then. John was lodging with another family in 1851 so probably Ann had also died and so we cannot find either parent's birthplace from the census.

Thankyou David, Id say that would have to be the family for sure.Interesting that there is another Bryant family living next door with the head being John bryant. You dont happen to know the names of the other children from this family?
