Hi Blinkey and Ruskie  :)

I do like to get my teeth into these semi-unknowns  ;D  so I went looking for young Mary Stewart's birth reg (the only one of the family b. Tongland).

Mary was born on 10th March 1861 at High Barcaple so it looks as if that was where Planetree Hall was.

I take my hat off to you all ;)

I've learned some valuable lessons,
particularly, in looking outside the box 8)

Actually drove through Ringford last week for the first time.
Beautiful countryside :)

I'm going to content myself and hazard
a guess that the marriage may have been
conducted in the community hall built in 1861.
Looks like it is still a well used center.

Thank-you, Blinkyman
