King's 5 North Earl St. (under the clock).
~~~~~~~~
Hi, Have a photo I want dated. It was taken at King's 5 North Earl St. (under the clock).  There is no date on it but I would like to know when King's stopped trading in North Earl Street. I believe No 5 was where Clery's is now.
It is a photo of a soldier standing and a woman sitting. I have identified his cap badge as being in the Royal Irish Fusiliers. The name Burgess is written at the top.
I will try to attach it to this post. Her's hoping it shows.
Cheers
Joe
The only listing I can see for T. King photographer is in 1914 - he is not listed at the address in Thom's 1906, the 1911 census or Thom's 1921.
1914 - 5 North Earl St
  Jas. Winstanley, boot warehouse (branch)
  T. King, photographer
Hi Shane,
Thank you for your time and effort.
I already did a check in Thom's 1908 and he was not there. I have just looked in Thom's 1916 and the entry is the same as in 1914.
I wonder if he would show up in Thom's 1909, 1910, '11, '12 or 13?
Anyone out there got access to these books?
Cheers
Joe
Hi dublin1850,
Did as you suggested just now. I'll sit back now and wait to see what happens.
Thank you for your help.
