Restore of my dad if possible?

This is one of the only photo's of my day when he played in his band Bread Canoe in the 60's and 70's, can anyone perform some magic and repair him please? He looks so much like my brother it is amazing!!

Edited to add I have only been able to upload a 370dpi image as anything else is too large. If you would like a higher resolution scan please let me know
