I read the surname as Coell - the letters appear to be very similar to those in the surname Cornell, which is the first marriage of 1733. Perhaps Coell may have been Cowell but pronounced C-oh-le rather than Cow-ell. Or an alternative spelling of Cole?
I think the parish may be Hempsted/Hempstead? The same parish seems to be on the last line of the page, too, relating to Thomas Hills' wife. I think the word "of" has been written twice by accident in the Livermore marriage.
Edit - have just noticed the way he has written "d" at the end of "Maried 1733". It looks almost the same as the last letter of what I think is Hempsted/Hempstead. However, the other titles seem to say something like "Nuptia" or "Nuptiae", so perhaps that last title is the same word and doesn't end in a "d" after all. Unless it says "Nuptid" but is that a real word?
