Hi Drumgor,

Yeah, once I found the Belfast City Council burial records I went onto the Craigavon Council website expecting to find the same but alas, nothing !!

Typical of that Council but it probably involves a lot of gathering info, so maybe they will be published, but wont expect too much.

I came across this website and thought it might be of interest to you.

It lists the Cochrane's of Lurgan as

•Cochrane, Hugh Hall of Lurgan, New Ross Co. Wexford, Portadown and Tanderagee - see Cochrane Family of Lurgan, New Ross, Belfast, Portadown and Tanderagee (A brief document giving some dates for at least 3 generations of clock and watch makers in the Cochrane (or Cochran) family. This page shows 5 photos of a clock by one of them.)
