Did you notice on the workforce group Jacki Aiken who lived on the floor above your Gran he'd a daughter Adie and a son  Jackie who worked at the Harbour of Refuge also.   Jackie senior is two away from Colonol Littlejohn who is presenting a Long Service Medal to Jimmy Buchan I think it is ,you received it after 30 years service, my Dad got one on another occasion and I have a different photo of the workforce .
