The only possible marriage I'm seeing is of a Joseph Dooley to a Sarah "Candliff" in Llanelly Carmarthenshire in the Oct/Nov/Dec quarter of 1841.

JOHN Nixon 1803 was a Master Crate Maker born Tunstall, Staffordshire;
Children 1851 Census are;
MARY ANN 1825
JOSEPH 1830
JOHN 1834
HANNAH 1844
MARTHA 1848
Joseph/John Jnr also Crate Makers,
Also in the Household is Joseph M Nixon, age 2, Grandson (Mary Anns?)

  The reason i asked is that in my family tree of canal boatmen nixons & holt have a large amount that settled in Staffordshire & Northampton area,Tunshill was used by boatmen for weddings ect also i noticed you had
 Bloor & the english bloor tree i have also has a few boatmen in it.If you find any connection let me know
