Any sea buffs able to decipher this for me ??
Thomas H Higgon born 1860 Robertson, Pembs, Wales - (1901 census) living Bristol RG 13 /2368. Profession looks like - 2nd Officer R U S N, Retired. 1911 census - says Retired Sailor P and O S N Cd.

1901 does look like an R, but I think its a P and and a badly formed O - so SN Co is 'Steam Navigation Company',
so the previous poster gets my vote ! Altho I think its actually 'Peninsular & Oriental'
