I have no idea how you people do this sort of thing.

I think The PM report stated cause of death as i) Chronic Nephritis and ii) Pneumonia - 2 days

June 18th Catheter specimen of urine sent.

This is n't bad to read if your used to medical notes!!! I've seen much worse.

I don't know about Ruth, but I used to be a secretary so am used to reading all sorts of handwriting - and my own shorthand.  

One of the signatures on the death certificate, the one called Taylor, looks like the one who was making and initialing the medical notes too.

Always looking for GOODWINS in Berkshire :)

medical negligence lawyer.....quite used to the deciphering modern records so it helps on all these older ones...doctors writing hasn't changed in decades - still awful ;)

signatures on the main first post look like they are signed off by an "AST" so yes, same doctor on progress report and the death certificate
