When was Thomas born? There are a number of Thomas Doyle's who arrived in Canada during that time. Would he have been travelling alone or possibly with family members (wife, children)?

Hy, Thomas Doyle as far as I know left his wife who he married in 1894 in liverpool, and went to Canada I think it was Quebec, my uncle who was in the merchant navy apparently found his grave yrs ago I didnt find this out until recently, and my uncle is now dead so I carnt ask him anything, Thomas Doyle was a Deepsea diver  I carnt find him on the 1901 nor the 1911 census although Ive found his wife who was my g.grandmother on both census and it gives her as the wife not the head so he was still alive then, apart from that I,m up against a brick wall if its any help I,m almost sure he was a catholic I wish I could give you more information also his name was thomas george doyle
and if he did remarry I,m sure he would still have been married to my g.grandmothe at the time thanks a lot for your help margaret

What are the names of his wife and children?  That could possibly help in finding an obituary.

Hy,I  have no idea about his birth or who his second wife was or children but I would have thought that when he remarried bearing in mind it was a bigamas marriage he would have had to show his birth certificate but I have no idea what part of ireland he came from and I dont know how to get in touch with any one from quebec who would have any idea I dont even know if he had any siblings either but thank you for showing interest.

What was your great grandmother's name and was she still in Liverpool in 1901/1911?

Clements sent me a PM saying that Thomas was born about 1866 according to his age on his marriage registration (28 in 1894).

I've come up empty so far but the names of the wife and children left behind that Lesley requested could help.
