Looking for more family for Alexander Forbes married Ann Anderson Pittenkerrie Banchory Ternan 1804 The only family I have are James Forbes born 1815 - 1866 died at Echt. George Forbes born 1817 nothing on him at all would be grateful for any help !!!!

There seems to be a "Charles Forbes" born 1819 in Leochel - Cushnie,Aberdeen, and a "Mary Forbes" born 1821 Leochel - Cushnie parents are Alexander Forbes & Ann Anderson ,
Maybe the same ones  as yours?,as they could have moved .

No I have checked that out their parent's were married 1814 seemed to have hit a brick wall trying to find family . Thanks anyhow :)

Still looking for help with Alexander Forbes & Anne Anderson they married 1804 Alexander was sub tenant at Pittenkerrie . Think it's strange how there is no record of children until 1815 when James was born at Pittenkerrie have all the information on James . George was born 1817 at Pittenkerrie don't have any thing on George at all ???.Alexander is dead before 1841 census as Anne is at Kilduthie Banchory Ternan with her sister Mary Anderson also at the same address in 1851 census Anne dies in 1860. Would be so grateful on any suggestions on what else I can do before I put this to rest .....have hit a brick wall ...

    I have been searching for Forbes connections to my John Forbes  born 1853  Banchory Ternan , In the 1861 Census he is listed with  Ann Thow in Charleston Aboyne as her Grandson . There are a web of Forbes in and around Aboyne ,Birse and Banchory who I think might be related ,  Ann Thow is the widow to John Forbes Toll house keeper  who died between 1851 - 1859 , still can not find his death certificate , but his Grand son born in Kincardineshire  is either the child of his son John 1826 born in Birse or David born in Birse 1833 . I am trying to piece together who was living where.                    Melanie
