Pinnock, St, Cornwall BODY
« on: Sunday 07 August 11 17:32 BST (UK) »
First post, please please forgive if I mess up!

Researching William BODY and Mary Anne BODY in either Sheviock or Liskeard, Cornwall around 1830.  William and Mary are my GGGG Grandparents, direct line is son Thomas Crago BODY who was baptised on August 15th, 1830 in Pinnock, St. Cornwall.

It appears that William died between the 1841 and 1851 Census.

Info on William's parents and/or Mary Anne's maiden name also would be amazing.

Thanks and hope I did this right!

Margie Body-Kirk

Love you darling girl!  AlisonAK and I are friends on several other boards that have nothing to do with genealogy...but she is my hero for sending me here!

Margie. You might know this but the Body's of Cornwall are on mundia.com which you probably know is ancestry, but you do not have to pay to look at trees or contact the tree owners (just have to register). Thomas C Body is on there with other tree Body's. I have been trying for some years to try and connect the Cornwall Body's with the Kent Body's with Michael Body who is a Cornwall Body who now lives in the Midlands, Dic Body a Kent family ( Now passed away) and Hilary Grant Nelson ( her husbands grandfather was a kent Body). it was said the Body's were pushed West from Bodiam (as it was spelt Bodyham) possibly 10th, 11th or 12 th century. http://www.mundia.com/gb/person8759820/-200066478

I have just tried that link but it only goes onto mundia. So put in Thomas C Body 1830 Cornwall if you register?
