there are Clare Island  baptisms here but I can't see a John Malley as father  :-\

Thanks Heywood and Shane, this is brilliant information you've found/sent.  The Charles O'Malley is looking positive, even though mother is Mary.  I think I've traced Catherine Cosgrove's Uncle Charley O'mally who took her to USA on the USA Census Returns.  I'll now go through this information and see if I can "match" anything to the "family papers".
