They are together in 1954 electoral rolls, West St Mt Isa.
I wonder how tough was their life back then??

I'll just butt in here for AJO - hope you don't mind.

9.4.1940 in the Townsville Bulletin - McCOY-MILLER wedding.   note MILLER not MILTON.
George Ernest McCOY m. Christina Milton, daughter of H.H.Miller.

This could mean we should be looking for Christina Milton MILLER.

Marriage notice mentions a Mrs. Cater (sister of the bride from Innisfail), as well as sisters Mary (Mt Isa) and Joan, brother Jack MILLER.
