Chambers in 1910 Wolf Creek School District, Fergus, Montana. Hired man on sheep ranch but no sign of Elizabeth or Matthew. Still says he is married -  M1. Only ever found one census about 1930 that I thought could be Matthew but the date of birth was slightly out by 3 years so not sure. Wonder if Elizabeth died or they both returned to England ? Another unsolved mystery.

All this information makes this part of the family very interesting, if they had all stayed in Cumberland it would have been quite boring.
Found a few people on An****ry with a Ruby E Skelton b24 Jan 1909 Stanford married Rollin D Galt 3 Nov. 1926 Stanford she died 13 March 2001 Cascade. This must be Albert's daughter. Strange to see the name as my mothers sister was called Ruby. They must have kept in touch with the family some how.
