I am also beginning to think that Maud V 1893 on the 1900 census and
Nina on the 1910 census may be the same person but still can't find anything. ("V" could be Vaitealin again and Nina her pet family name))

Looks like the snow and ice will continue so it gives plenty of time to unravel more of these mysteries. Think you family is now "my addiction"

The 1930 census for Shing Colen Skelton aka Sandford Skelton (married in Hollywood) His wife was called Huberta born 1904.
Huberta P died in Cascade. Judith Basin 4 Dec 1969.

Hope you've got room for a few more Skeltons in the USA. Going back to your William 1850. He had a brother Robert born 1839 England who also appears to be in the USA ? Or is this cooincidence ?

Did you know that all these brothers went to the USA ?. At the moment it only leaves Jeremiah 1834 who died at Wigton in Dec 1895 and Joseph that I have'nt looked at yet ? Fascinated now which one was your g.grandfather ?
