Can you please tidy this photo up and get rid of the tear down the middle. It's of my Mother and she was born in 1921, I don't know how old she was here, any ideas?

The girl in this photo looks to be around 3 years old to me.

Many thanks to you all, they have come out well, I wouldn't know where to start. Yes I wondered if she was three years old that would make it 1924.
