Added : There are also three people in 1911, surname Hall, with the middle name Fordham. Is there a connection to your Richard ? If you can give as much information as possible it sometimes helps.

Christopher Fordham Hall, Eric Fordham Hall and Sidney Fordham Hall.

Sidney is living in a different registration district to the other two.
