Lovely photograph for you to have
I have been researching one of my lines and have just 'acquired' a Watson
I have Wm Watson b. ( I beleive Greatham) Co Durham c 1804, married pre 1829 to Mary( nee Thompson) Only two children for this marriage Margaret and Ann as they are both females the name doesn't continue...but it is likely they have Watson cousins
1841 living Sedgefield Durham, 1851 Morton Palms County Durham ( Mary had died by then)......
Margaret married a George Woodend in 1852 and Ann married 1848 both in Darlington.
I know this is much earlier than you are looking at the moment and in/around Darlington, not Sunderland however thought it is worth making contact should you find in time your Mary Watson's father/grandfather etc etc is likely to be related, in which case you can PM me
I have no definate siblings/parents for Wm Watson, although I think they may be John Watson and Jane( nee Ayre)
