I'm not sure how you would unblock me.  However, I have sent a PM asking the advice of another more experienced Roots Chatter and hope we can find out how to.

We will get there........... eventually!!

Okay .... this is the answer..

"What I think might have happened is that "collcan" might have clicked on her "Profile" which is on the main page, two rows down from the "Welcome back missy1800" , that takes you to another page, on the left side is wording "Modify Profile", click on Personal Messages.

Get your cousin to see if she has added you to the "Ignore List" .... if your name is there, needs to remove it, the scroll down the page and click on "Change Profile".  

If not,  .... then will need to get in touch with one of the Moderators"
