If you can't/don't want to spend money on the marriage cert, someone is more likely to be prepared to check parish records for you if you are able to narrow down the area a bit. Pewsey registration district covers a lot of parishes. Have you found the couple in the 1851 census? Depending on when exactly they married, they could still be single or they might be married. There's a fair chance they were married in their "home" parish.
