Have you checked ANTRIM RESOURCES yet?
BELFAST
has link for PRONI page which mentions Revaluation of Belfast, 1900-1906. as well as other Belfast information.
There are also a few directories around that time- see
DIRECTORIES
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for
some time

there was an iron works called Musgrave in Belfast,might be of interest to you?
