June,
I have already given you the information to get the death certificates for both Patrick 1917 and Annie 1936 - all you have to do is contact Middlesbrough register office and get the certificates, then when you know the death dates, contact Middlesbrough Cemeteries office and they will give you the burial places and grave numbers.

What is it you need further help with??

freebmd has the deaths, which narrows the deaths down to quarters of the year:

July-Sept 1917   Farrell    Patrick    aged 53    Middlesbro Volume  9d Page   621

October-Dec 1936  Farrell   Annie    aged 66    Middlesbro'    9d   628

Just contact the cemeteries office with these dates (they don't need the reference numbers, that's just for ordering certs from the GRO = general register office)  and ask for cemeteries and grave numbers

Hi Helen
I have just been through a similar thing with my Tree. The advice Barbara gave me was to contact the cemeteries office (Contact details below) with the information you have and ask if they can tell you which cemeteries they are buried at, and grave numbers. I found they were fantastic to deal with. Hope this helps
