As far as I know... I can do 10.30 till lunchtime ish cos its my mum's birthday on that day as well!

We're looking to book into hotel around Deansgate - is that close to venue?

I get lost when I come outside of Piccadilly station! Tho maybe driving easier!

Yes Deansgate is the main road  through manchester.A56.The cathedral is one end  and the museum at the other,with the library in between.
I will be going soon to sus out an eatery,then I'll ask folk to confirm nearer the time..
I think I would check with  the hotel re car parking.,
