Hi,
Nothing about the birth as yet but just a snippet about John & Thomas Mensforth.
From the Hobert Town Gazette from the Convict Department.
On September 4th 1844 Mr M. A. McGilligan (Rajah) a pass holder was assigned to John Mensforth of Launceston.
also
Thomas Mensworth gets a mention in the June 8th 1857 SA Gazette under dissolution of partnership.
,
Basically, the business, "Mensforth and Gray" livery stable keepers and horse breakers located at premises attached to the Sir John Barleycorn Tavern, in Rundle-street, in Adelaide was disolved on 26th December 1846.
(The Gray was Mr John Gray)
