1861 census lookup Moon

Hi
I am hoping someone can look up Philip Moon b. 1823 in Shoreham or Steyning, Sussex. I believe he was aboard a ship. Also Charles Dinnage b. 1833 in Shoreham also aboard a ship..
I would love to find what ever info there may be as well as the ship they were on and where it was if possible.

I knew they were both Master Mariners, but havent been able to find anything on the ships they were on.  Going bby the info you gave they have to be the ones I wanted.
