I just noticed the Mc Whinnie and Cunningham Stewart Oliver in my tree through:

Hugh Oliver Married Margaret Finlayson (5x greatgrandparents)
Their son John Oliver Married Helenora Mc Whinnie ( 4x great grand uncle and auntie)
Their son James Oliver Married Margaret McMurtrie (1st cousins 5x removed)
Their son Cunningham Stewart Oliver Married Margaret Andrews (2nd cousins 4x removed)

This is as far back as I have gone so far with the McWhinnie's, McMurtie's, and Andrews.

Anyone got any more info on them?

The parents of Helenora McWhinnie are James Mcwhinnie and Margaret Finlay m. 15th Jan. 1785. She had two sisters, Jean and Margaret and one brother, Cunningham Stewart who is a direct ancestor of my husband. Cunningham had three wives, Mary Oliver, Elizabeth Gilchrist and Marion Shedden. Our family is from the Marion Shedden marriage. This all came from the parish registers of Tarbolton Sorry I can't help with the other surnames.
Smith, Oliver, Macrae, Laughland, Bower, Greer, Wylie, Forrest, Eddie, McCallum.  All Scotland
